What does it take to be a BME? Biomedical Engineers use engineering and life science principles to research biological aspects of plant, animal, and human life and to develop new technologies for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. What does it take to be a BME

Welcome to the BMES

Welcome to the BMES

The Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) at Yale University is a student-led society that was organized in 2002. We are a college chapter of the international BMES association, and our primary goal is to enhance student awareness of the biomedical engineering field. We also function as a support network for students within the major.
